Abstract

Gibberellin (GA 3 ) applied to ‘Tahiti’ lime ( Citrus latifolia Tan.) markedly inhibited flowering, producing morphologically typical vegetative growth. Butanedioic acid mono-(2,2-dimethylhydrazide) (daminozide) slightly inhibited production of flowering shoots. Neither treatment consistently affected the number of new shoots.
