Abstract

The purpose of this article is to tackle the different perspectives for the protection of Deceptive Advertising in Chilean Law. The research will be made by examining the Consumer Protection Rights Law, the Nutritional Composition of Food and its Advertising Law, the Unfair Competition Law, the Copyright Law and the Industrial Property Law in order to highlight any concurrence between them and determine if this might be resolved through the principie of specialty or by the choice made by the affected by it according to their own interest.
