Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at PT Ambassador Splas, a Kawasaki motorcycle dealer in Indonesia, with social support as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and moderated regression analysis (MRA) on 35 respondents, results show that workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction (? = -0.469, p < 0.05), while social support strengthens the relationship (?_interaction = 0.057, p < 0.05). The findings confirm the importance of technology-based social support and collaborative incentives in the context of the target-oriented automotive industry. Practical implications include the development of digital mentoring systems and revision of incentive policies to improve employee well-being.
