Abstract

We describe a 38-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) who developed two symmetric paramalleolar ulcers with similar diameters, depths and borders, that were successfully treated with photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA-PDT). © The Royal Society of Chemistry and Owner Societies.
