Abstract
The development of a disposable immunosensor based on a hybrid goldcarbon screen-printed electrode array is described. The electrodeposition of gold is shown to lead to a field of nanocrystals that facilitates antibody immobilization and enhances electron transfer. A label-free analysis protocol based on ferrocyanide has been developed for the detection of Prostate Specific Antigen in the fg mL11 range.
