Abstract

This article aims to plainly discern, the connotation, function and significance of each party involved in a prosecution, and theoretically define its scope. Although every party has different names, they all are aspects of the same body: procedural parties. Their treatment is differential exclusively on the basis of clarity of presentation and teaching.
