Penyusunan Tes Matematika Berbasis High Order Thinking Skills

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a description of the preparation of mathematics tests based on high order thinking skills (HOTS). The method used is the library study research method. Mathematics is a necessary science in various areas of human life. In math learning, students should have higher thinking skills with critical and cretaive ways of thinking in solving problems. High-level thinking abilities can be trained using the new version of Bloom taxonomy which includes C4 (analyzing), C5 (evaluating), and C6 (creating). In mathematics hots tests need to pay attention to curriculum studies, question grids, question card, and scoring guidelines.
