Abstract
Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is increasingly recognized as a crucial component of quality education and an essential tool for achieving sustainable development goals. It is crucial in addressing global challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, poverty, and inequality. By educating individuals on the importance of sustainability and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to sustainable development, ESD can help create a more just and sustainable world for present and future generations. Overall, the growing recognition of ESD highlights the importance of integrating sustainability into education systems at all levels, and the need to empower individuals to become agents of change for a more sustainable future.
