Many couples cannot achieve high levels of marriage satisfaction. Love commitment is a predictor of marital satisfaction. Marriage satisfaction can be a measure of the success of married couples in a long distance relationship. The purpose of this study was to find out whether thankfulness could moderate the relationship between love commitment and marriage satisfaction. The subject of this study were 53 wives who underwent long-distance marriage relationships. Data were collected by spreading the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale, Stenberg Triangular Love Scale, and GRAT Scale. The results showed a significant relationship of 0.009 between love commitment and marriage satisfaction. Evaluation of moderation did not work significantly with a p value of 0.532. Data analysis used Moderated Regression Analysis.
