Abstract

According to the actual knowledge of the Ephemeroptera Order in Chile, it is concluded that there are 57 species included in 25 genera and 7 families. A 40% of the species are recognized through adults and larvae, 12% only for the larvae and 47% only for male and/or female adults. About its geographical distribution, the 56% of the species are endemics, the 33% are native to Chile and Argentina and 11% are of widespread distribution.
