Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of non-performing loans (NPLs), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and mobile banking on the financial stability ratio (FSR) of banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the period 2020 to 2023. The techniques used in this study employ a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, and the data used are secondary data from financial statements, annual reports, and bank websites. The research findings indicate that non-performing loans (NPL) have a negative and significant impact on the financial stability ratio (FSR), while the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) shows a significant positive influence. On the other hand, mobile banking also has a significant negative impact on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR).
