Abstract

Parameter estimates for equity studies tested for stability are described. Bootstrap simulation can test whether parameter estimates remain stable given changes in the sample data; fractional polynomials can be used to access functional form specification; and variance inflation factors can be used to test for multicollinearity. © 2011 Jmasm, Inc.
