A list is given of the Echinoderms known from the Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea: 94 species, eight of which were previously unknown in this area. During a recent trip, the author observed 25 species along the eastern coast, chiefly on the reefs. They are considered in this paper with notes on systematics, ecology, biogeography. In this occasion are mentioned three species not yet reported from the Red Sea: Labidodemas sempe-rianum Sel., 1867, Leiaster coriaceus Pet., 1852 and Ophiarthmm elegans Pet., 1851. They have been collected in different localities. © 1977 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
