Abstract

This essay approaches the problem of TV consumption regarding children in the present situation. It gives an opinion about the former proposals and offers the only possible solution to this particular issue. This paper makes a distinction between two different groups: children (aged 0-15) and youngsters (aged 15-30). They face different sorts of problem. There is just one solution which could work in both cases: the regulation of contents broadcast at specific times.
