La mujer en la historia del fútbol: futbolista, aficionada y periodista. El caso de Cádiz (Parte II)

Abstract

Resumen: El fútbol ha sido histórica y culturalmente un feudo exclusivo para hombres. La mujer, si acaso, solo tenía cabida como elemento decorativo. Cualquier otra participación femenina era rechazada e incluso violentada. El camino hacia la plena integración viene siendo lento, pero gracias a la fuerza, valentía y entusiasmo de algunas mujeres, tanto futbolistas, aficionadas o periodistas, ese camino se viene allanando. Sigue quedando mucho camino por recorrer. Cuando el fútbol sea verdaderamente igualitario, entonces podrá hablarse del "deporte del pueblo". En este artículo se hace una mirada retrospectiva sobre cómo ha ido evolucionando la integración de la mujer en tres contextos futbolísticos: jugadora, aficionada y periodista deportiva a nivel general y en Cádiz en particular. Por la dimensión del mismo se estructura en dos partes: una primera con la introducción y la mujer futbolista; y una segunda con la mujer aficionada y periodista deportiva y las conclusiones. Se cuenta con los testimonios directos de mujeres protagonistas en todos estos contextos. Palabras clave: Cádiz, fútbol, mujer. Abstract: Soccer has historically and culturally been an exclusive feud for men. The woman, if anything, only had a place as a decorative element. Any other female participation was rejected and even violated. The path towards full integration has been slow, but thanks to the strength, courage and enthusiasm of some women, whether footballers, fans or journalists, that path has been paving the way. There is still a long way to go. When football is truly egalitarian, then it will be possible to speak of the "people's sport". This article takes a retrospective look at how the integration of women has evolved in three football contexts: player, fan and sports journalist in general and in Cádiz in particular. Due to its size, it is divided into two parts: the first with the introduction and the female soccer player; and a second with the female fan and sports journalist and the conclusions. It has the direct testimonies of leading women in all these contexts.
