Abstract

This article offers a comprehensive analysis of the new edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Investments and Investment Activity in the context of international investment standards. The study examines the implementation of international investment standards within the new legislation and assesses its impact on investment activities in Uzbekistan. By identifying key challenges and providing insights into potential solutions, this research aims to contribute to the understanding of the evolving landscape of investment laws and regulations.
