This research aims to analyze biology modules based on the analytical thinking skill on the material of the human reproductive system. Research procedure was conducted by making indicators are used to analyze the content and context of modules through observation of classroom learning activities. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of percentage graphs which show that: 1) the five modules display the aspect of attributing the lowest percentage, 2) content has a lower percentage than the context of modules.
