Abstract
This book presents the latest information and audiological research on cochlear implant (CI) technologies and the various types of CI clinical applications. It is organized into two sections: “CI Surgery and Related Technical Issues” and “CI Hearing Rehabilitation Strategies”. Section I includes chapters on robotic-assisted surgery and assessment of the electrode–neuron interface. Section II includes chapters on perceptual learning, anatomy-based programming, static posturopathy in implanted children, and more.
