Abstract

The research foundation of this article, part of the developmentof the Social-Education-Social in the context ofcorporate training. Competition isinherent in the enterprise and isconstructed from the individual�s interaction with the environment. Competences in building part of the goal of change: for example ineconomics, is the company�s goal, the education system, aims at the formation of competent subject which involves the scope of new records, other developments in the different contexts. That is why the world of competition has been introduced in all sciences and in all human activities. Is that the reason we have dealt with the issue both scientists and managers in business, as the foundation of entrepreneur ship.
