Ernst Ludwig Denninger Dan Perjalanan Misi Kristen Di Pulau Nias

Abstract

Ernst Ludwig Denninger was a Christian missionary who played an important role in the journey of Christian missions in Nias.This journal aims to investigate Denninger's role and journey in Christian missions in Nias. Using primary and secondary sources, this journal analyzes Denninger's background, motivations, and strategies in introducing Christianity to the people of Nias. In addition, this journal also discusses the impact and response of the community to the Christian mission, as well as Denninger's contribution to the development of education and social welfare on Nias Island. Thus, this journal provides a better insight into Denninger's role and the journey of Christian missions on Nias Island as well as its relevance in the history and development of Christianity in Indonesia.
