Abstract

The article reports on the survey conducted for analyzing the recent developments in the criminal law and various criminal disputes in Indiana. It discusses various changes in the laws for regulating the criminal activities like rape, child seduction and child solicitation. It further discusses the role of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in preventing the sex crimes and other offences.
