Abstract

The objective of this work was to design a milk "Panelitas"molding machine, which can provide process technification and quality of life of workers of this industrial sector, which will achieve higher production and thus guarantee an inventory of the products elaborate handmade using methodologies and theories of design. Finally, the results calculated mathematically are supported by the finite element analysis that corroborates the excellent performance of the material selected for the machine, specifically the hopper, which is the most important element. In anything case, the materials exceed the mechanical properties of the material and element selected under the real operation conditions.
