Abstract

The evaluation scale of cultural and tourism public services in Zhaoqing City consists of thirty-one evaluation indicators in seven categories. The modified IPA analysis method is used to explore the perceived needs of tourists further, determine the perceived and derived importance values of the evaluation indicators of cultural and tourism public services in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, and analyze the differences in demand between the indicators in terms of perceived and derived importance. By constructing a quadrant distribution map, the indicators are categorized into advantageous areas, maintenance areas, opportunity areas, and key improvement areas. A total of 13 indicators were analyzed for the improvement of cultural and tourism public services in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, focusing on three systems: convenient tourism transportation services, public infrastructure services, and public information services.
