Abstract

An operation to place the temporal muscles on the brain surface, namely Encephalo-Myo Synangiosis, was carried out on 10 patients with �Moyamoya� disease lacking the middle cerebral artery on the brain surface for anastomosis. © 1977, The Japan Neurosurgical Society. All rights reserved.
