Cultura e dimensões do viver em Yi-Fu Tuan: Algumas aproximações geográficas

Abstract

We propose in this article review some of the major works of the geographer Yi-Fu Tuan, pioneer of the humanistic movement in Geography. Working more closely at one of the recent publications of the author, Human Goodness (2008), we seek to contribute to the geographical debates to present the tuanian thought trying to understand the tone of his reflections. In this proposal become evident the dimensions of the human live and the fundamental role of culture in the author's theorizations.
