This study aims to find out the problems of online learning for the students of SD Negeri 24 Bengkulu city during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as to find out how to overcome the problems of online learning and to find out how the learning outcomes of the students of SD Negeri 24 in the city of Bengklu are with efforts to overcome the problems of online learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique used in data collection was taken through interviews, observation, documentation. The author acts as a direct interviewer to collect data through teachers and students of SD Negeri 24 Bengkulu City. The results showed that the problems of online learning for SDN 24 Bengkulu City students in the online learning process in IT and Covid-19 problems by utilizing Android media using class groups. The online learning process of teachers has problems or obstacles, first, problems related to teacher competence, second, problems with different levels of understanding of students, third, limited facilities and infrastructure. The solution to solving problems that arise during online learning is to increase the competence of teachers to use/operate technology, to provide guidance or assistance to children in groups or individually, and to provide understanding to students.
