Abstract
Why are we no longer focused on total quality management? The idea seems to live in the past. Since the practice is business-wide and not simply a way to improve manufacturing, TQM helps keep your business strategies on track, seeks out the best-value suppliers (not just the cheapest), and, believe it or not, seeks out the best customers.
