Abstract

Every company must develop its competitive advantage in order to survive and advance the company. One of the advantages that companies need to develop is the company's financial performance. One component that is very important for company performance is working capital management. This is because working capital management such as working capital turnover and cash turnover influences the company's profitability. The purpose of this research is to analyze implementation of working capital management on company profitability. The dependent variable is company profitability. The independent variables are working capital turnover and cash turnover. The object of this research is PT. W Standard Indonesia, from company financial data from 2019 to 2022. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that working capital turnover has a significant effect on company profitability. Cash turnover has a significant effect on company profitability.
