PENGARUH EDUKASI PEMERIKSAAN PAYUDARA SENDIRI MELALUI MEDIA ELEKTRONIK TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA SMK PELITA ALAM BEKASI

Abstract

The Effect of Education on BreastT Self-Examination (BSE) Through Electronic Media on the Level of Knowledge and Attitudes of Adolescents at SMK Pelita Alam Bekasi. SADARI is breast self-examination, this is done after the menstrual period is over on days 7 and 10. SADARI (Breast self- examination) is carried out to find out early indications of breast cancer, especially in women aged 16-18 years and over who routinely do SADARI.To determine the effect of education on breast self-examination (SADARI) through electronic media on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at SMK Pelita Alam Bekasi. Data collection was carried out by distributing pretest and posttest questionnaires. The design used in this study was quantitative analysis, with a probability sampling approach. The sample of this study were students of SMK Pelita Alam Bekasi with a total of 30 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the T-test. The results show that while the results of knowledge at the pretest are 47% of good value and the results of the posttest show an increase in knowledge to 83%. There is an effect after being given SADARI education on students’ knowledge and attitudes with a p- value of 0.000 (sign <0.05).
