Abstract

This article is written with the aim of theoretically and methodologically substantiating a practice-oriented concept for the formation of creative thinking of students. The following main objectives of the study are set: to specify the scientific idea of the content of the concept of "creative thinking"; determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative thinking of students; to reveal the role of a developing educational information environment in the formation of students' creative thinking; to develop a program for the formation of creative thinking of students using the means of information and communication technologies; to determine the effectiveness of the experimental work on the formation of creative thinking of students using the means of information and communication technologies. The article defines the methods, forms and means of forming creative thinking, and also draws conclusions.
