Abstract

Infrastructure as one important factor in tourism development has attracted many national tourism planners to increase the number of visitors. It has play an important role in building many sectors such as economy, transportation, social and business. Infrastructures such as bridges have been built as an access for inter-island, inter-provincial, inter-district or inter-regional linkage. This paper presents tourism infrastructure from the bridge’s point of view as a tourist attraction. The object of this study is one of the bridges in Yogyakarta region i.e. Srandakan Bridge that connects two municipalities Bantul and Kulonprogo which has great potential to be used as a tourist attraction. The results show that it supports recreational facilities such as water recreation, restaurant and shopping facilities. © 2019 NADIA.
