Abstract

Organizations now explore revolutionary operational improvements through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supply chain management and inventory optimization processes which provides major benefits in operational efficiency as well as cost reduction and precise decision making. This paper demonstrates how AI applications improve supply chain functions through demand forecasting and inventory management and automation systems together with supply chain transparency. Companies manage their operations and waste management along with service improvement through the implementation of machine learning algorithms with predictive analytics together with robotics. The research investigates AI implementation patterns in supply chain management together with organizational advantages and implementation challenges which include data security concerns and system combination obstacles as well as talent shortage. The research examines how AI will develop supply chains that operate as dynamic systems through automation to handle market condition changes effectively. This paper delivers an extensive evaluation of supply chain and inventory management practice transformation through AI technology which leads to organizational competitive advantages on a worldwide scale. This research finds that AI technology brings revolutionary changes yet it faces acceptance hurdles which can be addressed by using the documented solutions.
