Abstract

In article number 1902604, Kazunori Kataoka and co‐workers review the current state and recent achievements of ligand‐installed nanocarriers and the effect of their design on biological performance for active targeting of cancer cells, tumor vasculature, and brain and cardiovascular diseases. They also present the progress in clinical translation along with challenges and perspectives toward precision therapy.
