This study aims to provide detailed information about the process of content validity, items validity, and reliability of evaluation instruments based on Alkin model as an evaluation tool of the blended learning implementation in Discrete Mathematics course on STIKOM Bali. This study uses the instrument development research approach, with several steps, are variables definition, variable's translation into indicators, instrument items arrangement, the test of instruments, and analysis of validity and reliability of instruments.Subjects in this study were an informatics education expert and an education evaluation expert who tested the contents validity of the instrument, while as many as 50 students were involved as respondents in determining the validity and reliability of instrument items.Data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and photo documentations. Analysis of the content validity of instruments was done through Gregory calculation, analysis of the items validity of the instruments was done through Pearson-product moment correlation, and instruments reliability analysis through calculation of Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The results of this study show the content validity and reliability of instruments that included within the excellence criteria.
