Abstract

The isolation, extraction, and spectrophotometric determination of acetylcholine from L. plantarum ATCC 10241 is described. Acetylcholine was extracted with a mixture of sodium tetraphenylboron butylethylketone acetonitrile and was measured enzymatically at 340 nm.
