Abstract
In a previous article we showed the development of a methodological model or tool for research named MOMET (OLIVERAS; ALBANESE, 2012) constructed for the ethnographical and ethnomathematical study of braiding crafts. In the present work we will show how to apply this methodological tool to two paradigmatic examples of braids products of two different braiding crafts. The ethnographical work required an immersion in the field in each of the two craft scenarios. The interpretative analysis and the application of methodological tool have made possible a systematic ethnographical study of the mathematics involved in the process of braiding.
