Implementasi Kebijakan Dalam Menanggulangi Kasus Pernikahan Dini Di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AKB) Kabupaten Jepara Tahun 2022

Abstract

This research aims to explore the rapid increase in the number of requests for marriage dispensation after the enactment of the law in Jepara Regency, which is included in the high category, and how the local government forgot to deal with this case. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data used including the Jepara Regency DP3AKB office and secondary data in the form of journals, theses, books and other information about policy implementation and cases of early marriage. After that, it was analyzed using the Van Meter and Van Horn methods. Research results: DP3AKB has made various efforts through outreach programs to prevent early marriage. However, it is still difficult for people who do not want to accept someone's input and low mindset. Various efforts have been made through various programs designed to try to reduce the number of cases of early marriage in Jepara Regency. The low level of Human Resources (HR) mindset in society is a barrier to being able to overcome cases of early marriage.
