Abstract
A patient with an unusual form of palmoplantar hyperkeratosis is described. On thorough physical examination, widespread acanthosis nigricans was discovered. We believe this patient's distinctive keratoderma represents acanthosis nigricans. © 1979, American Academy of Dermatology, Inc.. All rights reserved.
