Abstract
Each society originated on human rights laterally with democracy in addition to the regulation of law necessity strive aimed at gender fairness. The impact of gender equality is present in almost every aspect of social interaction, as well as public policy, which includes youth policy along with youth work. Speaking about gender and violence based on the same can, however, be challenging as these topics seldom include ideas along with expressions that are not obvious, which can grow over time and can cut across various disciplines, including sociology, law, education, and politics, as well as activism. Compared to their male colleagues, female workers experience more human rights violations daily. They usually struggle with a challenging living and working environment that raises their health issues and exposes them to different types of maltreatment based on sex and gender, along with other factors. Women typically work in gender-segregated fields that are primarily unorganized and uncontrolled, giving them little to no safety. These women frequently have little to no leverage and few to no possibilities to build networks to get information and social support. Most of us find it challenging to imagine freedom from the fear of harassment, battering, and sexual abuse because violence is such a pervasive part of our cultures and lives. The fundamental truth is that this violence disobeys human rights and has a negative impact not only on the victims but also on society. This chapter discusses gender-based violence against women and gender identity.
