Research on Visual Elements and Emotional Expression in Book Design

Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between visual elements and emotional expression in book design, and analyzes the influence of technological innovation, cross-cultural background, education and practice on this relationship. Technological innovation has provided more abundant and efficient design tools for book design, expanded the expression form of visual elements and the space of emotional expression, but it has also brought some challenges. The visual elements and emotional expression in the cross-cultural context face the challenge of cultural differences, but it also brings the opportunity of integration and innovation for designers.
