Abstract
Today, patients' tendency towards self-care has increased compared to the past due to changes in demographic structures, the increasing cost of healthcare, the prevalence of chronic diseases, and the emergence of new illnesses [1]. Additionally, considering demographic shifts, the youthfulness of the nursing generation, and socio-economic and political transformations, the focus on entrepreneurship in nursing has gained special significance [2]. With the expansion of medical science, job opportunities for nurses have increased [3]. Moreover, unemployment and reduced income in nursing have heightened the need for job development within the field [4].
