Abstract

The possible radio-frequency spectrum of the HJ molecule-ion is calculated. The lowest rotational state (N = 0) is a para state, and there is no hyperfine structure, but the next state {N = 1) is an ortho-state and splits into five levels because of the hyperfine interaction. The frequencies and intensities of transitions among these five levels are calculated. The predicted resonance frequencies are 1438.0, 1400.1, 1393.8, 1320.7,1282.8, 44.2, and 37.9 in Mc/s. The g-factor for each level is also calculated.
