Abstract

The issues of organizing collective decision-making support for innovative project teams are considered. Research relevance is justified by the need to reduce the degree of uncertainty in decision-making during the projects set implementation, using accumulated corporate experience and knowledge. A synthesis of the subject area and information systems functionality ontological models is proposed. This will improve the efficiency of information system reengineering and the quality of made decisions, among them during the process of collective decision-making support system development.
