Abstract

In response to the numerous occurrences involving workplace safety, this study intends to do more research on Safety Leadership as one of the variables driving workplace safety. The literature review is used to investigate the topic. Furthermore, bibliometrics is employed to visualize the link between Safety Leadership and other issues. The outcomes of this study show that various research contexts define safety leadership differently. Furthermore, Safety Leadership has a number of impacts, such as safety attitudes, safety behavior, and a reduction in the number of incidents.
