Abstract

We consider the soft wall holographic approach for description of the high-Tcsuperconductivity. In comparison with the existing bottom-up holographic superconductors, the proposed approach is more phenomenological and does not describe the superconducting phase transition. On the other hand, technically it is simpler and has more freedom for fitting the conductivity properties of the real high-Tcmaterials in the superconducting phase. Some examples of emerging models are analyzed.
