Abstract

Development is one of the growth parameters of a region. DKI Jakarta one of the provinces in Indonesia with a large level of development considering the needs of citizens living facilities always increase to adjust with population growth. The facilities include residential, road traffic and mass transportation. This is a serious concern of Jakarta government. Building an apartment in South Jakarta is new, it is necessary to study the analysis of traffic impacts that will occur if an apartment will be built. Given the apartment will have an impact on the traffic of citizens who will be out of the apartment entry. The study of traffic impact analysis is one of the requirements set by the DKI Jakarta government especially for the developers or developers before they build the Apartment. Jl.
