Abstract

Gampong Kuala Langsa is one of the abundant fish-producing areas in Langsa city, some of the people make a living as fishermen so that in that area the number of fish is very large. So far, the surrounding community only sells the fish directly, so often there are still fish left that have not been sold, so a method or method is needed to increase people's income by utilizing the fish in the area so that the surrounding community is more prosperous. Tuna is one of the efforts to help the community to open a business field in the field of making shredded tuna which is also one type of processed product that is much favored by the surrounding community. So there is a very big opportunity for the community to be able to open a home industry for making shredded tuna as a business that can increase income. The purpose of this service is to diversify tuna fish processing and increase promotions both online and offline. The approach method used to support the realization of this PKM is a case study namely by conducting training and mentoring. The results of this PKM are tuna shredded products and their packaging.
