Abstract

Campus bullying occurs frequently in campuses of various countries. Developed countries and regions such as the United States, Australia and Taiwan have accumulated successful experience in national legislation, local legislation, policy measures and project implementation of school bullying. The characteristics of campus bullying management system in developed areas are as follows: perfect legal system; Adapt to the changing situation, constantly revise the old laws and promulgate new ones; Attach importance to the investigation and research of campus bullying, and provide decision-making information for improving the system; Strengthen the responsibilities of all parties, pay attention to process monitoring, and zero tolerance for campus bullying; Build various platforms to prevent and control campus bullying, control campus bullying no dead corners, and pay attention to the governance of network bullying, etc. Learning from the experience of other countries, China should effectively prevent and control school bullying by improving relevant laws and regulations against school bullying, coordinating government departments, implementing the main responsibility of schools and families, and participating in the whole society.
