Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the trainer training project program, which includes inclusive education, 21st century skills and innovative approaches to teachers who teach gifted students, and aims to gain these approaches through practical activities. For this purpose, 36 teachers working as permanent staff in Science and Art Centers (SACs) selected from all over Türkiye were given training for eight days. Within the scope of the research, pre-test and post-tests were applied to the teachers who are selected for training. In addition, data were collected and analyzed through reaction evaluation questionnaire, trainer evaluation questionnaire and self-evaluation form. According to the analysis results; It was revealed that the participants’ reactions to the training process were positive, and that the participants liked the trainers, topics, materials, presentations and training environment within the project training process. When the trainings given by all the trainers are evaluated, it can be stated that the trainings provide benefits for the participants and provide positive changes in the context of measuring the learning of the participants. In addition, it has been concluded that the trainings given have a large and positive effect on gaining knowledge, skills and attitudes. According to the statements of the participants, the gains they have obtained as a result of the training they have received have brought skills that can be put into practice in their teaching life and show that the level of feasibility is high.
