Abstract
The author starts by differentiating Establishment and Institution for patients with autistic trouble, distinction that will be then used to circumvent the sharp feature of the institutional dimension of organizational structure to take care of the pain and development of the autistic child. Following the consequences of the application of the French law of July 11th, 2005 concerning handicap, he proposes several developments, crossing educational, therapeutic and pedagogical practices, with specific attention to the parental place in the apparatus of care. From then on, he proposes the notion of "transference constellation" to define the specificity of Institution when talking about institutional psychotherapy, dependent on the Freudian logic of « differed action ». An organizational dynamics appears, which takes into account the peculiarity of the psychic care given to autistic child.
